IT MAY SOUND CRAZY, BUT IT’S TIME TO GET OUR SUMMER PLANS SET!
This summer, the plan for camp will be the same as how things have been running the last few years. Summer camp will be help July 20-23 and 27-30. The varsity group will hold camp from 7:00-9:00am. All other players will have camp from 9:00-11:00am. Locations are still TBA, however each session will either be in the stadium or at our Fields of Dreams fields. Registration will occur through the BHS Summer School program.
In regard to the varsity group participating in any summer friendlies, that will be determined by the new head coach, who is expected to be hired sometime in the next 6-8 weeks. Stay tuned. We will update you here once that decision has been made.
FALL TRYOUTS…
For the fall season, tryouts will take place on August 10th, 11th and 12th. After teams have been selected, teams will practice everyday except Sundays each week throughout the season, which ends in October. More information will be shared once the decisions on the coaching staff have been finalized. For now, please plan accordingly and be sure to be ready to be here starting on August 10th. As always, all players will need an up to date physical examination on file with the BHS athletic department. Each player will also need to complete the interscholastic survey, which is typically available around August 1st each year.
